Wedding Cake Resistant

I remember buying a skirt in the late 90s that promised to be stain resistant. I guess it probably was, but it was so ugly I had to return it before I ever wore it work.

This dress appears to be covered in some sort of film or something that will protect it from wedding cake and bad DJ music.
